Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AI Vector. Please read them; using the service means you agree to them.
Effective July 31, 2026
1. Who we are
AI Vector is operated by A.G. Logik, a sole proprietorship based in Connecticut, USA (“A.G. Logik”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms form an agreement between you (and, if you are using the service for an organization, that organization) and A.G. Logik.
2. Where we offer the service
AI Vector is offered to customers in North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean Islands. We do not target or market the service to residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions, and we may decline or refund an order that falls outside our service area. Prices are stated and charged in US dollars.
3. What AI Vector is - and is not
AI Vector produces an AI-readiness maturity assessment: a score, a confidence measure, and a prioritized roadmap generated by applying a published, versioned framework to the answers you provide. It is an informational and decision-support tool. It is not a certification, audit, accreditation, or conformity assessment against NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, or any other standard, and it is not legal, financial, security, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you act on the results.
4. Your account
Signing in creates an account tied to your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in access secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these terms on behalf of any organization you represent.
5. Payment and the Professional Diagnostic
The Professional Diagnostic is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Card statements show AGLOGIK* AIVECTOR. On a card statement or receipt you may also see our support contact information.
Refunds. We offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked: if the Professional Diagnostic does not earn its price, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Issuing a refund ends the related access to paid results.
6. Acceptable use
Use AI Vector only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, resell or redistribute the assessment as your own product, scrape it at scale, or submit content you have no right to submit. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or that threatens the integrity of the service.
7. Your content and our materials
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to run the service and generate your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep ownership of AI Vector itself - the framework, question bank, scoring engine, site, and report format. Your individual answers are never used as AI training data and are never shared, except as aggregated benchmarks across 30 or more comparable organizations, which cannot identify you.
8. Availability
We work to keep AI Vector available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will produce a particular business outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.G. Logik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of AI Vector. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify account holders. Continuing to use AI Vector after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you agree to that venue.
