Privacy Policy

An assessment is an act of trust. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, who processes it, and the control you keep.

Effective July 31, 2026

Who we are

AI Vector is operated by A.G. Logik, a sole proprietorship in Connecticut, USA. We are the controller of the data described here. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected]. AI Vector is offered to customers in North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean Islands.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, and the sign-in identity you use (an email link, or your Google account if you choose Continue with Google). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile from Google to create your account; we do not receive your Google password.

Assessment data: the answers, evidence notes, and context you enter, and the scores and reports we generate from them.

Payment data: if you buy the Professional Diagnostic, Stripe processes your card. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, status, and an identifier) but never see or store your full card number.

Technical data: ordinary server and security logs needed to operate the service. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

We use your data to run the assessment and produce your results, to create and secure your account, to process payment and honor refunds, to send transactional email you would expect (your sign-in link, a receipt), and to keep the service reliable and secure. We use it for these purposes and no others without your consent. We send marketing email only if you separately opt in; saving your results never subscribes you to anything.

AI processing

AI Vector uses Anthropic’s models to clarify questions and to write the plain-language narrative in your report. Scoring itself is deterministic code, not AI. The payload sent to the AI is filtered to the score data needed for the narrative and excludes identifying information. Your answers are never used to train any AI model.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of vetted service providers (“subprocessors”) to run AI Vector. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their part of the service.

Benchmarks

Your individual answers are never shared or shown to other customers. Once 30 or more comparable organizations are in a cohort, we may include your results in aggregated, de-identified benchmarks that cannot be traced back to you. Until a cohort reaches that threshold, reports cite clearly labeled external research instead. We never simulate or blend peer data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and assessment data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can export or delete your data yourself, and you can ask us to delete your account entirely. We keep the limited transaction records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time, from your account or by emailing [email protected]. We honor privacy rights available to residents of the states and countries we serve. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security, and regular encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a structural commitment for us, not an afterthought - see our Trust & security page.

Children

AI Vector is a business tool for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves; we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify account holders. Questions or requests: email [email protected].
